Once the mortgage has been approved by the bank, all that remains is to deliver all the documents to the Notary, the latter after verifying them will communicate the date for the signing of the notarial deed. In this office, if you have requested the mortgage, the bank manager will also intervene and will pay the sum by bank drafts directly to the seller. Once the notarial deed has been drawn up, the Notary will release a sheet called "occurred" where it is certified that on that date you purchased the property; in the following days the notary office will proceed to the transcription of the deed in the conservatory, after which you will be able to collect the complete copy of the deed.
In the meantime .......... YOU HAVE THE KEYS TO YOUR NEW HOME !!!!!!
