1) DEFINE THE BUDGET

Before you start looking for your new home, it is important to clearly define the budget that you can afford and / or want to spend right away. By budget we mean the purchase price of the house in addition to the accessory costs.

  • Accessory costs include notary fees (fees + taxes for the purchase) both for the deed of sale and for any mortgage deed. Compensation for mediation by the real estate agency, if any, is also included in the costs to be taken into account.
