How to treat the price?

I can't really reveal my secrets, but I want to give you some tips:

- being ruthless doesn't pay! Either you are facing a seller with an urgent need to capitalize or advice not to devalue the property for sale in the eyes of its owner with a very low purchase proposal.

- don't bid! No need, the negotiation is right to do it but to pull it long and on several occasions it is like a rope that breaks if you pull it too much.
- An intermediate payment from the deposit (purchase or preliminary proposal) to the deed facilitates the negotiation.
- seriousness is fundamental, a proposal must be formulated black on white and with a deposit.
- The liberality of the property for sale could be an element of price negotiability, favoring the seller in the search for another property for sale without anxiety related to delivery times.
