It often happens to me despite having explicitly described a property to hear me say "yes nice, but the box is missing!" or "yes nice, but the lift is missing!"
It's a classic example of a waste of time on both sides. It is useless to view a property for sale if you already know in advance that it does not have the characteristics we are looking for.
If it is essential for you to find a house near a train station, it is useless to see one in the suburbs!
Personally I expose certain shortcomings at first contact, but not all my colleagues adopt the same line as me. But knowing how to skim only brings advantages:
- you only focus on what you want
- you save time
- there is no confusion
